I would suggest that maybe we complete the labs together as a class for participation instead of in breakout rooms because when we were all stuck in the breakout rooms with questions we would have to wait awhile to Zack to assist us, and usually he was just repeating the same thing to each group in their separate rooms.
The labs were very helpful especially having them on zoom since lecture was asynchronous. Having multiple short videos with slides available was also really helpful. A lot of examples and extra help and practice was extremely helpful.

Zack was truly such an engaging and interactive TA. His labs were enjoyable, and he was able to explain concepts to us in several ways if we didn't understand it the first time. The format of the way he instructed during labs was really helpful in breaking down the information and going through statistical processes step by step.

Maybe add an aspect of optional or required with a small set of questions to further my understanding of some concepts. In the weeks when we did have video aides, those concepts stuck really well.
No more breakout rooms for lab work - nobody talked and people used each other for answers. I never got any benefit from working in the groups and usually just completed the assignments on my own.
